Click Home Button on remote - Settings - Applications - Manage installed Applications - Scroll down to Application and click it - Force Stop - Clear Cache 3x - Clear Data 4x

For any Application that does not have an Uninstall option can clear cache 3x and data 4x as these are Amazon Applications
