Hara Masala Chicken:

Ingredients:

18 oz boneless chicken
1 medium onion chopped
50grm cilantro (1/2 bunch)
50grm mint leaves (1/2 bunch)
125grm curd yogurt (1/2 cup)
1 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves
8-10 green chillies 1 1/2 cans (4oz ea)
1 black cardamom
Some cinnamon sticks
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
Salt as per taste

Directions:

blend mint, cilantro, chillies, yogurt, little water

add oil to pan, add cardiman and cinnamon sticks, add onions, saute
add chicken - fry until golden
add garlic and ginger - fry for a minute
add spices
add green masala
add water
add salt
medium heat 4-5 minutes - cover
add fenugreek leaves
fry minute

Serve with Basmati Rice or Roti, Enjoy!!
