Ingredients:
1 LB Lamb Ground or Ground Beef
3/4 Packet Shan Keema Mix
2 Onions Chopped
1 Tablespoon Garlic Paste
1/2 Tabelspoon Ginger Paste
1 8 oz. Tomoto Sauce
1/2 of 12 oz. Frozen Peas
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1-2 Serrano Pepper diced (optional)
Directions:
Saute Onions in Olive Oil
Add Garlic and Ginger and cook for 2 Minutes
Add Meat and Brown
Once Meat is Brown add Tomoto Sauce and Shan Mix
Add 3/4 Cup Water
Cook until Water is nearly gone
Add Peas and cook until Peas are soft
Add the Serrano Pepper and cook for another 5 Minutes and serve with Roti
