Tuna Sandwich:

Ingredients:

1 (5- or 6-ounce) can tuna packed in olive oil, undrained
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
lemon pepper to taste

Directions:

Finely cut the red onion and celery and use paper towel to remove as much liquid as possible
drain Tuna and mix everything together
